As a volunteer you can help coordinate this amazing event that features family activities, awesome hot rods, classic and antique cars, motorcycles, trucks and more. Volunteers are needed for a variety of tasks. Feel free to sign up for more than one task. Groups of volunteers are always welcome!

Entering the Show
Please note the time changes below!
Show vehicles can begin parking at 10:00am. Please note all vehicles will enter at South Third Street and Hodgson Street.

If you are planning to arrive early, head to the Rally Point at the Oxford Eagles Club beginning at 8am.

At the Rally Point you will be able to check-in and guarantee your parking space at the show.
At 9:45am there will be a police escort from the Rally Point into town.
If you arrive in town to check-in before 10am you will be directed to the Rally Point.
VIP Parking Space: If you registered for a VIP space, you have a reserved parking space near the corner of South Third Street and Market Street. At check-in you will be directed to your reserved space.
Regular Registration: If you have an early-bird or regular registration, parking spaces are first-come first-serve. At check-in you will be directed to the next available parking spot.
Exiting the Show
The show ends at 4pm. With the crowds that are expected, the police and volunteers will try and clear the streets as soon as possible to get you out. Safety is our top priority.

If you have already registered to be a vendor: Please note the time changes below.
Set-up: Set-up begins at 8am. Electric is not provided. If you require a generator please be cognizant of the businesses and residents you will be parked in front of, excessively loud generators will be asked to leave.
Please Note: The First Friday Car Show is an outdoor street fair and takes place in all weather.
Permit and Application: All food vendors must obtain a permit from the Oxford Borough Police Department. A completed First Friday application is still necessary to participate. We also advise you to consult the Chester County Health Department and follow necessary guidelines, contact: 610-344-6246.
